When I called our provider they explained that when we had signed up they had given us a “free” extra line. However, after a couple months the offer had expired and the second line was no longer free. But we were still out almost $100.00 in charges for that second line.

The Cradlepoint CTR350 is an entry level router, it will manage up to 16 Wifi connections, and has an RJ45 ethernet port that can function as LAN (outgoing) or a WAN (incoming). It accepts most current USB aircards/modems.

The Kyocera KR2, was built by Cradlepoint on the MBR1000 platform. It has essentially the same features and functions but has an additional slot to support PCMCIA modems. The white coloration (including the antennas) sets it apart from the black Cradlepoint version. The KR2 is no longer being manufactured, so availability is limited. That coupled with firmware updates no more frequent than 6 months or so, causes us to recommend it only in very specialized cases.

The MBR1100 is virtually indentical to the MBR1000, but it supports end to end VPN (up to 5 tunnels) and also supports more 4G aircards than any other router.

The MBR800 is a non-wifi router. It comes in the same housing as the other MBR routers from Cradlepoint but without the antennas. It has the same inputs and capabilities, but supports only the four Ethernet ports for output connectivity. 6. Never put your subject dead center. Put your just slightly off center; not a lot just a little. When you?re shooting groups of people, find the imaginary center line of your group and put that line just a bit off center in your view through your lens or screen.
